What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the New York City including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. We also serve Northern New Jersey for an extra fee. Our service areas generally include the neighborhoods located close to Manhattan.
What if my delivery or pick up location is outside of your service area?
If your delivery or pickup is going to be outside of our service area but still within a 40-mile radius from Manhattan, we will be able to go the extra distance for an additional fee. Please call or email us for a quote.
Will I get charged for delivery and pickup?
No. A delivery and pick up to detached single-family houses and elevator buildings is included. For buildings without elevators, a ground floor lobby or hallway delivery and pickup are included. If your building has no elevator and you would like us to deliver to or pickup the boxes inside your unit, there is an additional charge of $19 a piece.
How does the delivery and pickup process work?
First, place your order online with a payment. Then, our representative will call you the same day to determine your delivery and pickup dates. You or your representative have to be present during the delivery and pickup.
Are packing materials included?
One dolly, zip ties and box labels are included. Other available packing materials are listed on our order page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. A full payment has to be made before the delivery of your boxes.
Do you offer a rush service?
As long as we have the inventory and time, we do. However, a charge of up to 50% may apply.
Can I pick up the boxes myself if it’s more convenient for me?
Yes, it’s possible with some time restrictions. You have to call us first to confirm the details.
Are there any hidden fees and surcharges?
No, as long as you have provided complete and accurate information while placing your order. The prices are final and will not change once we are provided all accurate information. Being honest and transparent in regards to our pricing is our company philosophy.
Is there a cancellation fee?
As long as you cancel the delivery within 96 hours, you can receive a full refund.
Do I get to choose a delivery time window?
Yes. We have two time slots per day – mornings and afternoons:
10am – 1pm
2pm – 8pm
Our representative will call you the same day to narrow down your delivery time window.
Can I keep the boxes longer than three weeks?
Yes. It will cost $1 per week per box. You can extend your rental time in weekly increments either during placing your order or by contacting us four days before your original pickup date. If you don’t return the boxes after the agreed pickup date, we will charge you for the full retail cost of the boxes.
What if I need the boxes less than three weeks?
No problem. Simply notify us in advance and we will pick the boxes up early. However, we don’t prorate nor offer refunds in such cases.
In case I end up needing more boxes after my delivery…
Just place another order online. We will consolidate the pickup date so that both orders can be picked up at the same time.
Are your boxes clean?
Having been cleaned with soap and dried with compressed air, all our boxes get disinfected thoroughly after each use so that they arrive clean and in great condition.
My moving company is packing for me. Can I still use your boxes?
A sure thing. You may be able to save some money in case you are paying an hourly rate since your movers will not have to spend time building cardboard boxes.
The moving day may become unpredictable. What’s the best way to notify?
Moving can be stressful and unpredictable. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (347)977-4080. Our staff members will do their best to accommodate you.
Why the plastic, not the cardboard?
Save your time, money and the environment with the green boxes. When you use our green boxes, you do not have to waste your time shopping around, buying, assembling and eventually discarding the cardboard boxes; you don’t have to waste your money to purchase cardboard boxes and tapes and then take it all to a landfill. Instead, call us and you will be glad you did. The Mother Earth will thank you too.
Are you giving back to the environment in other ways too?
We donate 10% of our profit to environmental and other research efforts.
Are you a moving company too?
No, we are not. However, we can recommend a couple of good moving companies if you call us. Great moving companies are always busy, so please book in advance.
